Bath Beach Condo Project Tops Out
A large condo development, located at 2300 Cropsey Avenue in Bath Beach, Brooklyn has just topped out at 23-stories. Developer and general contractor, , began construction in late 2019 and has built up the concrete superstructure over the course of the last year. Recently, the company also started installing facade materials on the lower floors.
When complete, the building will offer condo units, spanning from the 4th to the 23rd floor. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a sauna, a swimming pool with a hot tub, a roof deck, and a bicycle storage area.
In addition to the residential component, the structure will have 109,213 square feet of community facility space. This would consist of an ambulatory medical center and a supermarket. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
One of the token features of 2300 Cropsey will be its location. It sits beside the Belt Parkway and overlooks Gravesend Bay. This means residents will have sweeping balcony views of Staten Island, and the Verazzano Bridge. Residents will also have easy, walkable access to retail, with Ceasar's Bay Shopping Center located just across the parkway.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Work is estimated to finish towards the end of 2023.
