3353 Washington Street mixed-use development in Jamaica Plain approved
3353 Washington Street was approved at Thursday (December 15th)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. Located in Jamaica Plain near the Green Street MBTA Orange Line station, the $18 million project will construct 45 residential rental units and approximately 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Construction is expected to commence in early 2017.
