Elevator core nears topping off at South Boston’s 150 West Broadway apartments
Foundation excavation is complete at the new 150 West Broadway apartment and retail building in South Boston. The building’s elevator core has nearly reached its full height and is about to top off. Temporary bracing is in place at the foundation wall to support the foundation as 150 West Broadway’s structural frame is constructed. Steel connection plates have been welded in place to the foundation wall embed plates in anticipation of erection of 150 West Broadway’s five stories of structural steel.
