New details released for proposed Ashmont mixed-use development
Developer Connelly Construction has released new details and renderings of the proposed mixed-use development at 1857-1859 Dorchester Avenue near Ashmont Station in Dorchester. The building would contain 20 apartment residences and approximately 1,650 square feet of ground-floor retail. The latest 1857-1859 Dorchester Avenue details and renderings are posted above. Connelly has filed plans for 1857-1859 Dorchester Avenue with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project. 1857-1859 Dorchester Avenue will also require variances from the City of Boston's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in order to be built.
