Wood framing underway at Phase Two of Portside at East Pier
Portside at East Pier Phase Two’s concrete foundation has been poured, and wood framing of the project's first story is well underway. Three elevator cores are topped off, with a fourth nearing completion. Portside at East Pier Phase Two will feature 296 luxurious residential apartments across two new five-story buildings located on the East Boston Waterfront with sweeping views of the Downtown Boston skyline.
