Flats on Savin frame construction underway
Construction of the three-story frame of Flats on Savin is underway. Steel reinforcement has been installed over the existing Savin Bar and Kitchen building, which will be integrated into the new structure. Flats on Savin’s concrete deck will be poured this week, allowing frame construction to commence in earnest. The building's elevator core has topped off. Opening in Summer 2017, Flats on Savin will feature 14 residential apartments with a new 2,500 square foot commercial space overlooking Savin Hill.
