Exterior and interior finishing underway at Flats on Savin, opening this Summer
Flats on Savin's three-story frame is weather tight, with all windows installed, and installation of exterior siding finishes is underway. Inside the building, individual units are fully framed, with rough electrical, plumbing and sprinklers fully installed. Opening this summer, Flats on Savin will feature 14 modern luxury residential apartments with a 2,500 square foot ground-floor commercial space.
