Concrete foundation pouring underway at 262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway
262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway’s 55-car underground parking garage has been excavated. Sheet piles have been installed along the garage’s perimeter to reinforce the foundation, and concrete is being poured vertically to construct the garage’s walls. Concrete footings are also being poured above pile caps along the garage’s base. 262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway will contain 55 one and two-bedroom residential luxury condominiums.
