Eden Properties acquires 6-story Downtown Crossing office building for $21.8 million
Eden Properties, who is developing BLDG 89 in Allston and Goddard House in Jamaica Plain, has acquired 26 West Street, a 100%-leased 53,034 square foot Class B office building in the heart of Downtown Crossing, for $21.8 million as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. UniBank for Savings provided $16 million in financing for Eden Properties' acquisition. 26 West Street last sold for $7.8 million in November 2005 to seller Synergy Investments.
