Letter of Intent filed for new East Boston Waterfront mixed-use development
City Real Estate Development Corporation has filed a Letter of Intent with the Boston Redevelopment Authority proposing to construct a new six-story mixed-use building on the East Boston Waterfront. The proposed building would be located steps to Central Square on a 17,817 square foot site located at 301-323 Border Street. The site is located near under-construction Boston East, which recently broke ground, and Seville Boston Harbor. All existing buildings on site would be demolished.
