Forecaster 121 exterior nears completion, condominiums on sale
Windows have been nearly fully installed along the facade of the historic Bulfinch Triangle brick warehouse that will house Forecaster 121’s 80 luxury condominiums. New finish panels have been installed along the building’s north and south faces, including along the four-story rooftop addition. Occupancy of Forecaster 121 is anticipated in the First Quarter of 2017.
Condominiums at Forecaster 121 are now on sale with one bedrooms starting in the low $600,000s, one-plus bedrooms starting in the high $800,000s, two bedrooms starting in the mid $900,000s and penthouses priced upon request. Forecaster 121 is located across from under-construction Bulfinch Crossing, a $2.2 million project that will transform the existing Government Center Garage into a 2.9 million square foot mixed-use development.
