Boston Development Group Planning 200K SF Life Science Project in Watertown
Boston Development Group is planning a nearly 200,000 square-foot life science project at 66 Galen Street in Watertown. The developer acquired the site in May 2019 for $7M. The project, designed by Elkus Manfredi, would include 277 parking spaces along with 44,000 square feet of open space. The new building would target LEED Gold certification.
