Bowman Towne Court Affordable Housing Project Moves Forward
Plans are moving forward on the Bowman Towne Court in Reston, Virginia.
The interim agreement with the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority Commission will allow up to 350 affordable apartments.
The proposal also allows for a 40,000 sq. ft. Reston Regional Library on the 2.9-acre property.
The commission's vote paves the way for a period of community engagement with the project.
