BPDA Approves Roslindale Condo Project
Boston Building Company, LLC has won approval for the construction of a new mixed-use development at 3992-3996 Washington St. The development will feature 18 residential condos and one small commercial space at ground floor level, around 850 square feet. The project will also include 18 vehicle and 24 bike parking spaces.
