BU Buys 730 Comm. Ave for $50 Million
Boston University has acquired the property at 730 Commonwealth Avenue in Brookline for $50 million.
The property features a three-story, 145,174 square foot building that was constructed in 1930. The educational/retail building sits on a 2.7-acre parcel in the heart of Commonwealth Ave and is home to BUild Lab and a CVS Pharmacy.
