2nd Building at Fenway Center is Now Open, Tenants and Residents to Move In
Building 2 of the $240 million Phase 1 "Bower" project opened today for tenants to begin moving in. The two residential buildings (Buildings 1 and 2) of 7 and 13 stories, respectively, contain a total of approximately 339,000 square feet and feature 312 apartments, 37,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 200 underground parking spaces.
The next step of construction at Fenway Center involves buildings 3 and 4 with 720,000 square feet of office/R&D/lab and life science space.
