C Street Pop-Up Now Open at Iron Works in Southie
has opened the C Street retail pop-up just off Old Colony Avenue. Retailers joining the pop-up include EBO & Co Grocery, Love Child, and In Good Company.
In 2021, won approval for 1.1 million square feet of development across four buildings at 323-345 Dorchester Avenue in South Boston. Named "Iron Works," the project will transform several blocks of Dorchester Avenue near Andrew Square.
