CBRE Facilitates Sale of 59,530 SF Class A Single-Story Office Asset in Tampa

 

 

CBRE has arranged the sale of Palm Court at Hidden River, a Class A 59,530-square-foot building located at 8600 Hidden River Parkway in Tampa, Fla. The property was sold to a private, Orlando-based real estate investment company.

 

Dale Peterson, Joe Chick, Kristen McFarland Hagen, Courtney Snell and Nick Sharpe with CBRE represented the seller, Virginia Beach-based Continental Capital Partners, in the transaction. Continental Capital Partners is a commercial real estate acquisition and asset management firm focused on institutional quality office, office-flex, and industrial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.

 

“Coming out of COVID, single-story product continues to be the most sought-after office asset class. This coupled with Bausch & Lomb’s long term, credit-quality tenancy provided strong investor interest,” said CBRE Senior Vice President Dale Peterson.

 

Originally constructed in 1989, Palm Court at Hidden River resides within Tampa’s premier Hidden River Corporate Park, a 513-acre master-planned corporate destination consisting of residential and commercial development. The single-story office property is strategically located just off Interstate 75 and two exits north of the Interstate 4 interchange. The property was fully leased to a diverse mix of private and public sector tenants at the time of sale.
