Charter School Acquires Danvers/Peabody Development Site
Pioneer Charter School of Science has acquired 175 Water St. & 67 Pulaski St. on the Danvers/Peabody line for $3,300,000 total. The combined sites feature 3.7 acres of land with Onion Town Grill & Sports Bar on the Water St. site. The school plans to construct a new 60,000-square-foot building on the lots, with space for around 600 students. Burgess Properties was the broker for the 175 Water St. sale and represented the buyer in the 67 Pulaski St. transaction. REMAX 360 represented the seller of 67 Pulaski Street.
