Chelsea Condo Building Preps for Winter with New Roof Install
Just in time to beat the harsh winter weather Peacock Properties has facilitated the roof replacement for the Eleanor Hill Condos in Chelsea. The 21 unit multifamily, originally constructed in the 1970s was in need of an update to the building's flat roof. Local firm, Peacock, managed the bidding process and ensured completion of the capital project with minimal disruption to the building’s residents. Home Sweet Home Builders was the GC on the project.
