City Council Approves Apartment Building in Downtown St. Petersburg

 

 

The St. Petersburg City Council, meeting as the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), granted approval for a seven-story apartment building in downtown St. Petersburg. The city council determined that the $6 million project is consistent with the Intown Redevelopment Plan (IRP). The new building at 630 4th Avenue South will offer 33 apartment units and a 16-space parking garage. The ground floor will include a residential lobby and parking, floors two through six will have six units per floor, each unit will include a balcony. The seventh floor will include three units along with indoor/outdoor amenities featuring an uncovered terrace, lounge, and fitness area.
