City Interests Files for Adjusted Phasing Plan for Parkside Parcel 9
City Interests has filed for a modification of consequence to the approved plans for Parcel 9 development project. The development will include a residential building and also an office building both with ground-floor retail. Construction on both buildings was expected to start by March of 2023. The developer is now in a position to proceed with the permitting and construction of the residential building sooner and requests flexibility to bifurcate the approval to allow it to phase the permitting and construction of the project.
