City of Worcester Issues RFP for DPW Central Garage
The City of Worcester has issued an RFP for the acquisition and redevelopment of the Department of Public Works & Parks Central Garage Properties at 26 & 29 Albany Street. The properties consist of approximately 4.33 acres of land area with two building structures consisting of approximately 60,336 square feet and 18,567 square feet respectively, as well as a gas station for municipal use. Per the RFP documents, "the Properties would be conveyed “as-is.” Environmental conditions have yet to be investigated and documented."
