City Releases RFP for West End Public Library Redevelopment
The City of Boston has issued a request for proposal for the redevelopment of the aging West End Library at 151 Cambridge Street. The request calls for an up-to 10-story tower featuring between 17,500 and 19,000 square-feet of leasable floorspace to the Boston Public Library along with at least 11 deeply affordable housing units.
