Colliers Brokers Acquisition of Hialeah Development Site for $7.5 Million
A development site in Hialeah has been acquired for $7.5 million in a deal brokered by Colliers. The .95-acre development site is named Metro 1025. Plans have been approved for an eight-story multifamily building with 151 apartment units. The site is located a half block from the intersection of the Metrorail substation and the Brightline Station and is in close proximity to Hialeah Hospital, Hialeah Racetrack, and various healthcare facilities such as Leon Medical Centers.
