Concrete Pours to Begin Soon at 500 Main Street

General contractor, , has provided a drone shot of the current excavation progress at 500 Main Street; a 26-story mixed-use development, set to rise soon in New Rochelle, NY. The company also stated that the build's first big concrete pour is scheduled to take place next week, which indicates that excavation work is beginning to wrap up.

Developed by , the new building will contain  rental apartments and a select amount of affordable housing units. Units will be offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. The ground floor will feature square feet of retail space and a 23,000-square-foot church. Plans also call for an enclosed, 5-story parking garage, with enough room for  vehicles.

Designed by , 500 Main Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Several luxurious amenities will be on offer, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resident lounge, a swimming pool, rooftop terraces, and an automated parking system. The project has created over 300 construction jobs, and when complete, almost 900 people will call the building home.
