Concrete superstructure rising at 88 Ames Street apartments in Kendall Square
Concrete is now being poured to construct the first floors of 88 Ames Street’s 22-story concrete superstructure and elevator core. A number of vertical concrete pillars have already been formed. Opening in 2018, 88 Ames Street will enliven Kendall Square with 280 apartment residences and 16,000 square feet of retail at the site of a former parking garage entrance.
