Construction Advancing for Phase 1 of Assembly Innovation Park
After topping out in March, construction is progressing for the first phase of Assembly Innovation Park with a high-performance curtain wall being installed on 188 Assembly Park Drive and the parking garage in place. This first phase will offer 495,000 square feet of Class A Lab & office space designed to achieve LEED GOLD and WELL certifications. Amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, juice bar, wellness cafe, and a hospitality-level concierge providing valet parking, business catering, and dry cleaning services.
