Every outward-facing wall of the building will have large, glass facade panels, allowing natural light into the office spaces, and providing stellar views of the Hudson River.

One of the major selling points for tenants will be the 15,250 square feet of outdoor space on the upper floors. While some units are to include private outdoor areas, the entire building will have access to a 12,400 square foot roof terrace on the 10th floor. Amenities will include a lounge area, a fitness and wellness section, and a dog park.

In addition to office and outdoor space, the Hudson Arts Building will offer square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The development will total approximately square feet and is expected to finish in early 2024. Commercial leasing responsibilities will be handled by JLL.
