Construction Begins for GU Henle Student Village
Just days after GU commencement, Moriarty has announced work has begun at Henle Student Village. This is the first student housing project on Georgetown's main campus since 2015 and once completed it will add a total of 200 beds to main campus. The residence will also offer 15,000 square feet of student lounges, wellness spaces, and study rooms. Construction is expected to run through summer 2025.
