Falls Church Mixed-Use Project Tops Out
The John Moriarty team celebrated the topping out of Broad & Washington in the heart of Falls Church late last week. The new 7-story building will include 339 units with ground-floor retail space. The retail space will feature a 45,000 square-foot Whole Foods Market, a permanent home for Creative Cauldron, and approximately 8,500 SF of in-line street retail.
