750-Foot Tower Crane Under Review For E11even Hotel and Residences in Miami, FL
The Federal Aviation Administration is currently in the process of reviewing the contractor's request for a 750-foot tall tower crane for the construction site at 20 Northeast 11th Street in Miami for E11even Hotel and Residences. Records indicate the estimated work schedule will be sometime between May 3 2023 to November 3, 2024.
The project also features a 65-story second tower known as E11even Residences Beyond. The FAA recently approved the second tower for a permanent height of 699 feet above ground and is now in the construction permitting phase.
E11even Hotel & Residences will feature 416 units and amenities for both towers including a casino-style sports lounge, a rooftop, a spa and wellness center, and several chef-driven restaurants. E11even Residences Beyond will include 461 luxury condos.
