Construction Begins on 200K+ SF Lab at Suffolk Downs
has broken ground on an approved lab and biomanufacturing facility at Suffolk Downs. The labs on parcels R-10 and R-11 at 100 Salt Street will feature 280,000 SF of research floorspace and is a portion of Phase 1 of development, which will feature half a million SF of lab buildout.
The massive Suffolk Downs project won approval in Boston and Revere in 2020 and will feature 16.2 million SF of mixed-use space at the former Suffolk Downs racetrack.
