Construction Financing Obtained for West Harlem Residential Project
has received a $12 million loan from Urban Standard Capital for the construction of an 8-story apartment building at 521 West 134th Street in West Harlem. The structure will total approximately square feet, and contain rental apartments.
It was designed by and will have a brick facade with large windows. Tenants will be able to enjoy a rooftop terrace and modern unit interiors. purchased the presently vacant lot in May of last year, and plans to start construction within the next couple of months.
