Design Revealed for West Harlem Rental Building
Renderings have been unveiled for an 8-story residential apartment building at 521 West 134th Street in Manhattan's West Harlem neighborhood. Developed by, , the structure will total approximately square feet, and contain rental apartments.
The building was designed by and will have a brick facade with large windows. Tenants will be able to enjoy a rooftop terrace and modern unit interiors. purchased the presently vacant lot in May of this year, and plans to start construction in early 2022.
