Construction is underway at the Parc View at Commonwealth student housing project
Foundation and masonry work is making progress at the construction site for Parc View at Commonwealth. Located in Richmond, VA this project features apartments for students attending Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Richmond. The new 16-story community will offer 168 units, and 509 beds that will mostly be a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Amenities will include study spaces, a two-story parking garage with bike parking, a penthouse-level clubhouse, a multi-purpose art studio, a zen wellness terrace, an outdoor courtyard, and a rooftop deck lounge with grills, fire pits and social seating. Construction is set to be finished by summer 2024.
