Construction Making Huge Progress On The Edge At Middleton
The Edge at Middleton is seeing great progress as the summer is coming to an end. This multi-family residential construction project is located on 10 acres in Aberdeen, MD. Scope of work consists of three 3-story apartments containing 237 units and a commons building. Other features include a community pool, fitness center, lounge area, and dog wash station.
At this time mass excavation is near completion and road widening should be finished within 7 workdays; water and sanitary lines are almost complete, and the site has been based paved. Building A's roofing as well as MEP rough-ins has started along with mold treatment. Framing is ongoing for buildings B, C, and commons.
The Edge at Middleton is planned to be finished in the fall of 2023.
