Construction of Tower One and Marina Advancing
The exterior construction of Tower One is progressing, glass on the balconies has been attached. On the interior, the elevators have been installed and the kitchen and bathroom countertops have been fitted. The marina is also making headway as the docks are being installed. Marina Pointe will feature three towers. Tower One, with 120 residential units, is nearly sold out and sales are underway for Tower Two. The marina will provide 150 slips.
