Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Held at Marina Pointe
Developers BTI Partners held a ribbon cutting ceremony at Marina Pointe, a new condominium community in Tampa’s new Westshore Marina District. City of Tampa Mayor Jane Castor participated in the ceremony along with representatives from BTI Partners, South Tampa Chamber and Marine Max. Tower One, with 120 residential units, is sold out. Sales are underway for Tower Two, which will add 157 residential units ranging from one to four bedrooms and penthouses. Plans include a third tower. Amenities for Marina Pointe include a private marina with 150 slips. Other amenities include pools, club and entertainment rooms, fitness center and amenity deck. A short walk from the towers is Marina Landings, the district’s retail town center.
