Construction on Track at Story Wesley Chapel
Building slabs have been poured and all elevator shafts are installed. Residential framing has begun. Construction is on track for full completion in 2024 and Story Wesley Chapel is slated to welcome its first residents in Summer 2023. Located in the Chapel Crossings master-planned development, the community will offer 320 apartment units. The community comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all with modern high-end finishes in three four-story buildings, two will be L-shaped. Residents will have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities. Residents will also have access to the amenities developed within the overall master planned community, including walking trails, community center, and pool.
