Construction Ongoing for New Retail Space at Woburn Village
Construction is ongoing for the first stages of the 23 acre Woburn Village development. Framing is complete for new retail spaces next to the Market Basket that will remain on the site. Along with the 175,000 square feet of retail, the project will also feature a new movie theater and restaurants plus a 350 unit apartment building being developed by AvalonBay. The residential building will offer numerous amenities including an on-site fitness center, clubroom, co-working space plus a pool and outdoor courtyards.
