Construction Permit Filed for Downtown 6th Project in Miami, FL
On Tuesday a construction permit was filed with Miami’s Building Department for a 54-story tower residential called Downtown 6th. The filed plans show floors 2-54 will offer 824 apartment units with 2427 square feet of ground floor retail space. Hard construction costs are expected to cost around $189,334,780. Full building plans have yet to be released.
