Construction Progresses for 23 Story Building in Brooklyn
Construction on the 23-story residential tower at 308 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn appears to be progressing swiftly. The high rise is being developed by Lonicera Partners and was designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture. Already having topped out, the tower is currently undergoing interior and facade work.
The 151,565 sqft. building stands at 235 feet tall, and sits on a 9,666 sqft. lot. It will contain 160 residential units once completed.
