Construction Underway at First & Main in Jacksonville
Cranes are on site and construction has begun at First & Main, a 4-story mixed-use development that will offer 202 residential units and retail space. Community amenities include a 3rd level rood terrace, business center, courtyard with two pools along with a 5-level parking garage. Construction is scheduled for completion in Summer 2025.
