Construction Underway for 7-Story Apartment Project in Crown Heights
General contractor, , is currently in the process of constructing a 7-story, mixed-use development, at 975 Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn's Crown Heights neighborhood.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments, as well as square feet of retail space, 767 square feet of community facility space, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The development replaces a stand-alone, Associated grocery store, which was demolished, with plans to move the store into the new building.
