Construction Update: Allston Labworks
Two lab buildings are rising along Western Ave. as part of the Allston Labworks development. Facade work is quickly progressing at 250 Western Ave, set to include 272,000 square feet of lab/R&D space. This building is expected to be ready for tenants in Q4 of this year. At 305 Western Avenue, framing is complete for the 8-story project that will offer 263,000 square feet of lab/office space. 305 Western Ave. will be ready for occupancy in Q2 of 2025.
