250, 280 & 305 Western Avenue, Allston, MA
Proposed development of several industrial/commercial parcels in Allston along Western Avenue. The project would include a total of 607,900 sf over 3 buildings including office/lab, retail, and residential space. Plans also call for 884 parking spaces and two public open spaces, Artist's Way and Westford Park. Artist's Way will include outdoor seating, art installations, and green space. Westford Park will be a nearly 5,000sf green space to replace an existing parking lot.
250 Western Avenue
Seven-story laboratory/research and development/office building with active ground floor uses such as retail/restaurant space and approximately 146 below-grade parking spaces. There will be two retail/restaurant spaces totaling approximately 6,000 sf.
280 Western Avenue
Six-story building with retail/restaurant space on the ground floor, and approximately 40 residential units above. The building will then step down to five stories to the rear, containing approximately 557 parking spaces in an above and below-grade garage.
305 Western Avenue
Six-story laboratory/research and development/office building with ground floor retail/restaurant space along Western Avenue. A
