Allston Lab Project Tops Out
King Street Properties & Consigli Construction have celebrated the topping out of 305 Western Ave, the 2nd lab building at Allston Labworks! The 263,000-square-foot office/lab building will also feature a fitness center, conference space, and lobby cafe & lounge. Construction is expected to wrap up in Q2 of 2025.
