Construction Update: Assembly Innovation Park
The first phase of Assembly Innovation Park in Somerville is nearly complete with 188 Assembly Park Drive expected to open this summer. This first phase will offer 495,000 square feet of Class A Lab & office space designed to achieve LEED GOLD and WELL certifications. Amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, juice bar, wellness cafe, and a hospitality-level concierge providing valet parking, business catering, and dry cleaning services. When complete the development will include 1.5 million SF of Class A lab and office space centered around a vibrant one-acre park.
