Construction Update: Founders Row II
With framing ongoing for Mill Creek's Founders Row II Project in Falls Church, AVM Industries has started work on waterproofing balconies. The project team is applying AV Hot Rubber 570 to form a continuous, seamless, tough, flexible, black, fully adhered waterproofing membrane. The product will maintain excellent long-term stability for the upcoming mixed-use development that is set to feature 280 apartments along with 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
